Quick Tailor · in the CV editor and the Job Tracker
Paste the ad. Quick Tailor suggests new wording for your title, summary and experience lines, each shown before and after. You approve each one. A number, tool, employer or seniority your CV doesn't show is never added.
Paid feature · from €7.99, one-time · EN · DE · TR

What is Quick Tailor? Quick Tailor is a TalentVP feature in the CV editor and Job Tracker that fits the CV you have to one job ad. It suggests new wording for your title, summary and experience lines, and you approve each change. Fixed rules drop any suggestion that adds a number, tool, employer or seniority your CV doesn't show.
In the CV editor, click Quick Tailor and paste the job ad.

You see one card per change: your line struck through, the new wording below, the ad's words highlighted. Under the cards: what we held back and why, and the ad terms your CV doesn't show.

Approve writes that one change into your CV; Approve All takes the rest. Changed your mind? Undo puts your own line back. Nothing is written until you approve.

Every suggestion is checked against your CV before you see it, by fixed rules, not by the AI's own judgement. A suggestion that breaks a rule is dropped, not patched.
What you see when we hold suggestions back (fictional test CV, Data Analyst)
"We held back 5: 2 would add facts not in your CV, 1 only moved your words around, repeated your own lines or was too long, 2 would change your own verb or how you write."
The same ad asked for a "Senior Data Analyst". The CV says "Data Analyst" and "Junior Data Analyst", so no title was offered:
"No title suggestion: the roles in your CV don't show this ad's title."
Ad terms your CV doesn't show go into a separate box, never into your CV.
"In the ad, not in your CV: dbt, Airflow. We don't add these for you: if your CV doesn't show them, it wouldn't be true. If you have one, add it yourself."
Go to skillsIf the ad asks for a lot your CV doesn't show, Quick Tailor says so before it starts: tailoring rewords what your CV already says; it cannot add what is missing.

In the Job Tracker, "Tailor for this job" makes a copy of your CV for that job, named "your CV · job title", and opens it with the same cards. Your original CV is not changed. Run it again later and it works on the copy as you left it, your own edits included.
Open Quick Tailor again within 24 hours with the same ad, on a CV you haven't changed, and you get the same cards back without using a run. If you already approved some, a line says "This CV is already tailored to this ad", and each card is marked Applied or Pending.

A run that shows no suggestions is not counted.
No. Quick Tailor only rewords what your CV already says. Fixed rules check every suggestion against your CV and drop any that adds a number, tool, employer or seniority your CV doesn't show. You see how many were held back and why.
Only what you approve. It suggests new wording for your title, summary and experience lines. Each card shows your line and the new one; nothing is written until you click Approve, and Undo puts your line back.
No. A run that shows no suggestions is not counted, and the screen says so. Running the same ad again within 24 hours on a CV you haven't changed is not counted either, and neither is a run that failed because tailoring was busy.
They are listed, never added. Quick Tailor shows them in a box "In the ad, not in your CV". If you do have one, add it yourself; the button takes you to your skills.
Use Quick Tailor when your CV is close and you want it aimed at one ad, change by change, in the editor or from the Job Tracker. Use CV for a Job when the application matters enough for a new CV composed around the ad; your original stays untouched.
Yes. Quick Tailor works in English, German and Turkish and writes in your CV's language. If the ad is in another language, it asks which one to use.
