- LinkedIn job pages and StepStone work automatically. Xing works after you grant one permission, which Chrome asks for on your first visit. It also reads company career pages built with Personio, Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters and join.com. And on any other site, you can select the ad text, right-click and choose "Check with TalentVP" to score it.
- Is it free?
- Installing is free and the match score consumes no credits. You do need a free TalentVP account with a saved CV, because the score compares the ad against that CV.
- Does it work without an account?
- You can install it without one, but the score cannot be produced without a saved CV to compare against, so the panel will ask you to sign in.
- What data leaves my browser?
- The text of the job ad you are looking at, sent to produce the score. Your CV is not uploaded — it is read on our side from the document you saved. The ad text is not stored.
- Where does the salary figure come from?
- The Bundesagentur für Arbeit Entgeltatlas, 2024 edition. The panel keeps the source and the data vintage visible. It covers German occupational groups, so a salary line will not appear for every role.
